1. By accepting our estimate, you also accept our Terms and Conditions.
2. All windows must be closed on wash day before cleaning. Any open windows which cannot be closed will not be washed.
3. You must ensure that all items to be cleaned are structurally sound prior to cleaning.
4. We reserve the right to make a surcharge in the case of exceptionally dirty windows.
5. Window screens are priced separately and are not included in our cleaning estimate unless specified. Windows screens should be removed prior to our arrival. We reserve the right to add an additional charge for having to remove the screens unless specified.
6. Full access is required on the day of the clean. Should partial access on the scheduled day reduce the extent of the clean, we reserve the right to charge for 100% of the original estimate.
7. Inside windows: it is your responsibility to ensure that windows are accessible and sills and other surfaces are cleared beforehand. We are not responsible for any damages to items that must be moved by our staff.
8. We will not clean any windows we consider to be inaccessible or unsafe on the day of the clean.
9. We do not accept liability for any damage to bushes, flowers, mulch, or any other landscaping, etc. caused during the provision of our cleaning services.
10. Every effort will be made to clean on the appointed day, although we reserve the right to alter the day without notice.
11. In the rare instance of weather conditions where we deem it unsafe or our cleaning processes may be inoperable, we will attempt to provide you with as much notice as possible and re-schedule the wash day.
12. Gutter clearance is restricted to just the gutters and does not include the removal, repair, or replacement of any part of the gutter or downpipes.
13. Pressure Washing
14. Although pressure washing will remove most stains from patios, paths & driveways, some marks may not be removed by this process.
15. Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Simply Clean the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order and assessable before we arrive.
16. Damages: Simply Clean is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case, and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty, or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. Simply Clean will not be responsible for such conditions. Simply Clean will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.
17. Payments may be made on the day by cash or check.
18. Window cleaning or other services may not be provided on outstanding accounts.
19. We reserve the right to make late payment charges and to recover any costs incurred in debt recovery.
20. We reserve the right to amend or terminate any introductory, promotional or referral scheme at any time without notice.
21. Your satisfaction is guaranteed as we will re-clean any window, siding, and/or driveway which we recognize as unsatisfactory, so long as the complaint is received within 24 hours from the time of the wash.
22. Pictures/videos of the cleaning project may be used for promotional purposes unless we are notified otherwise by the customer
